Caring.com: Spearheaded a full-scale turnaround, quadrupling EBITDA and increasing revenue 90% in just three and a half years. Rebuilt unit economics, eliminated wasted marketing spend, aligned sales and marketing around a shared KPI framework, and returned the business to break-even within my first 120 days.
