Growth Prospectors focuses on profitable, owner-led businesses with $1.5 – $10 million in annual revenue and $500K–$1.5M in SDE/EBITDA.

We are most interested in companies operating in the Charlotte metro, the surrounding Southeast, and the Cincinnati / Columbus metros — though we’ll consider opportunities elsewhere in the U.S.

As hands-on operators with deep marketing and operational experience, we prioritize opportunities where we can unlock growth through clear commercial discipline, improved positioning, and customer acquisition systems that scale what’s already working.

We’re not pursuing startups, retail concepts, or distressed turnarounds — our focus is on proven businesses ready for their next chapter of growth and stewardship.
